Please how do i keep IDE as the default? whenever i close cursor and open it agent view is what comes up and am tired of always switching…

How is it i still ended up with agent view after turning it off and then restarting my laptop and now i can’t see the option anymore??
I’ve encountered the same issue. After disabling the option, it disappears, and the cursor still opens in the agent view instead of the IDE view. However, restarting my PC seems to resolve it.
My PC was restarted and it still opened in agent mode and now the option is missing
I’m in the same boat! Turning it off doesn’t seem to make any difference…
The option “Open Agents Window on startup” does not work; each time, it opens the Agents window again
Same here, its OFF but someone it still loads agent mode @Colin
Yeah this is clearly a bug, “Open Agents Window on Startup” set to “Off” doesn’t do anything to suppress the agent view at startup at least on MacOS Apple Silicon. Please fix this, not everyone uses Cursor for pure vibes.
