There are so many threads here with people reporting critical issues with even Sonnet 3.5 that is unrelated to slow pool as it occurs even on usage based. Ususally I can use the fast pool for many days but last 3 days literally were so problematic that Cursor is majority of day unusable (and no not because of Anthropic rate limits).

During the rollout of v0.46, and the coinciding release of Claude 3.7, a bug was introduced that caused failed fast requests to count towards your quota.
While many of the issues were regarding the high demand on the new Claude 3.7 model, the issue on our end was that these requests would still be counted against your usage.

$20 grants you access to 500 premium requests.
Right now, in addition to that, you still get access to slow requests. Just not with the latest models, which have only been released in the last 72 hours, and are only being restricted due to limits imposed at the provider level.
Cursor as a business can not operate if their supplier just bricks all models and still charges for access that doesnt work. It does NOT work even with usage based pricing…
