Title. I don’t need to be advertised to inside an IDE. I would appreciate if these could be used more sparingly or for features that are actually relevant to the IDE product, they’ve been near-daily recently and are often orthogonal.

The answer was that this was ok behavior, because these are just feature announcements.
To which I would response that feature announcements can be fairly annoying. VS-Code also does feature announcements for those who care (using a new tab that appears with information), but they provide the option to opt out. I just want to use the tool, I don’t need the tool constantly reminding me how great and wonderful it is.
