We’ve removed the jeanp413.open-remote-ssh extension from the marketplace and replaced it with anysphere.remote-ssh (though this shouldn’t have uninstalled the original one). The new extension is maintained by the Anysphere team and has a superset of functionality of the original one. It does require v0.49+ of Cursor.
