Issue with Cursor AI Pro functionality on a second computer

I’m using Cursor AI Pro for coding, and I paid for the subscription two days ago. It works perfectly when I use it on my home computer, but when I log in with the same account on a different computer at my workplace, it doesn’t work.

At home: When I type a comment inside -->, it recognizes and automatically writes the code for me.

At work: Cursor doesn’t respond when I type a comment inside -->. I checked my account, and it still shows the Pro status, along with the remaining usage limits.

Could you help me resolve this issue?

Please check if VPN, Zscaler, or a firewall is being used on another computer. Corporate environments often have restrictions in place. Also, try disabling HTTP/2 in Cursor’s settings. You can find more details here:
