We are experiencing an issue when inviting new members to our Cursor Team plan.
Invitations were sent via Admin → Members → Invite, as well as via the direct invite links. The users are accessing Cursor through the link provided in the invitation email.
Previously, this invitation flow worked without any issues. However, recently, invited users are no longer able to complete the process. When they click the invite link, they are redirected to the login page, and after signing in, they are repeatedly redirected back to the login screen. There is no error message shown, and the users are not added to the workspace.
We also encountered the same behavior today when inviting a newly added team member, so this does not appear to be limited to earlier invitations.
Could you please advise what might be causing this behavior?
Steps already attempted:

Revoked existing invitation links and generated new ones

Sent fresh invitations via Admin → Members → Invite

Copied the invitation link directly and opened it in the browser

Tested using different browsers (Chrome and Edge)

Tested using guest / fresh browser profiles

Confirmed users are able to enter their email and attempt login, but are redirected back to the login page repeatedly
Current behavior:

Invited users are not added to the workspace member list (including pending/invited)

Invitation link always redirects back to the login page after email entry

No error message or prompt is shown

This occurs consistently across browsers and invitation methods
