I've asked for Cursor enterprise sales to call me for three days already

I understand Cursor is a big company and unfortunately doesn’t feel the need to provide service to any customer under a billion dollars now, but seriously, this is getting ridiculous. I’ve been trying to upgrade to an enterprise plan for over 3 days because I’ve already exceeded the usage limits on the highest plan available. I’m now spending upwards of a thousand dollars per day in incremental costs because I can’t get onto an enterprise plan. This is ridiculous.
