Describe the Bug
I have got into this state a few times while using grok-code-fast-1 where the ‘Keep all’ and ‘review next file’ buttons don’t work. I have tried ‘Developer: Reload Window’ and restarting Cursor, but it persists. Only solution I found is to click the “Keep All” button in chat or to delete the chat from history. But I think closing the chat from history may not save the changes the model made to the files.
Steps to Reproduce
Make request with grok-code-fast-1 (may not actually be model specific, just seen it more recently while using it), sometimes this weird state happens.
Expected Behavior
‘Keep all’ and ‘Review next file’ buttons should work

Does this stop you from using Cursor
Yes, since the changes are not saved if I close the chat.
