Good news: your Grok Bot and its cloud computer look fine on our side. It looks like the app starts normally on both machines, but your network DNS can’t resolve the address the app uses to reach the cloud computer. This lookup happens at the network level, so it affects both Mac and Windows, and that’s why reinstalling doesn’t help.
Things to try:
Switch DNS to a public resolver 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 on each machine, then restart Grok Bot.
Windows: Settings > Network and internet > your connection > DNS server assignment > Edit > Manual
Mac: System Settings > Network > your connection > Details > DNS
Quick test: connect one of the machines to a mobile hotspot and open Grok Bot. If it loads there, it confirms the issue is with your home network DNS.
