Describe the Bug

Grok Bot Version: 0.27.0 Release Track: stable OS: darwin (Mac OS desktop) displays blank black screen on launch. [iOS app 1.3.2 (5446) displays all bots and latest content, but it took 45 minutes to load completely.]

Steps to Reproduce

Simply login to Cursor, launch Mac OS Grok Bot, and issue is present.

Expected Behavior

I expect to see all my bots live streaming and to view threads, etc.

Your Grok Bot computer is healthy on our side and your bots are safe. The blank window just means your Mac can’t reach it, which points at something on your network (firewall, DNS filter, or security tool) blocking cursorvm.com.

Three quick things to try:

  1. Open Grok Bot on a phone hotspot - if it works there, it’s your network.
  2. Allow cursorvm.com and all subdomains in any firewall/security tooling.
  3. As a test, switch your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 and relaunch.

We’re aware of the slow iOS load and looking into that one. Let me know how the hotspot test goes!
