Describe the request

Problem**
Bots can’t see their own usage percentage or reset time. The owner has to open Settings, read the number, and pass it along by hand. That makes it hard to run a bot in a low-usage mode or to split work between bots on different plans.

Ask

  1. Give each bot a read-only way to check its current usage % and reset time, either as a tool or as a note it sees every turn.
  2. Add optional warning levels (for example 50%, 80%, 95%) that the bot can see, so it can cut back its own work automatically.
  3. Optionally, show usage per scheduled job, so owners can see which ones cost the most.
