Live share - Not working (finding files to edit)

Describe the Bug

I’m connected to a workspace via Live share. It was working perfectly on 0.48.9. However, on the latest version, it works about half. It’s able to list all the files and I can edit them manually. However, running anything AI related, it can’t find the file to read and edit. Using Live share extension 1.0.5936 as that seems to be the only one that works. Please see the screenshot below.

Steps to Reproduce

Connect to a project using live share. Run Claude AI prompt to edit files.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Yes - Cursor is unusable

Hi @Ralph123x note that Live Share is a Microsoft feature which may not run on other vscode based IDEs like Cursor.
