Ran into this myself, it doesn’t seem to have to do with macOS, though I did update to 15 as well, but rather the latest version of LiveShare 1.0.5940. If you go to extensions, click the gear icon for LiveShare and select Install Another Version… using version 1.0.5936 gets me working again.
