I created and confirmed a new account yesterday using my student e-mail to benefit from the student discount. However, I am unable to sign in to my account.
When I try to sign in, it redirects me to the logging form with no error message.

I’m experiencing the same problem. Yesterday, I created an account using my .edu email and successfully verified my student status with SheerID. However, after that, I wasn’t able to access the payment page — it kept showing a “500 Internal Server Error.” Today, every time I try to log in, I get the message “Please sign in to view your settings”, and it redirects me back to the login page.
