Login button does not work

I just had to update my credentials for my organization and when I open cursor it prompts me to login with the toast, but clicking “login” button does not do anything. I tried uninstalling and re-installing cursor but this didn’t fix my issue. Where is the “accounts” button we have on VSCode so we can easily manage credentials? Cursor v0.42.5
