Was there a recent update that made all recent GPT and Claude models only accessible in Max Mode? Even claude-4.5.sonnet that has a 200k context window says it is max mode only. Some of the older gpt 5.2 models had a 200k context window as well, but they do not require Max Mode. What am I missing here? The token usage is absurd asking for even simple things.
