You will not see the new MCP Tools seen in the changelog from the recent release.

Nope! But would be nice to have instructions on how to get deep links working too.

Hey, try going to this link and clicking the βAdd to Cursorβ button. You can also add any other MCP servers to your JSON file.

That would be lovely, but my deep links arenβt working for me on Ubuntu.
It just fails silently when clicking those buttons, hence me seeking out the new UI.

supporting - also the same issue in Ubuntu 24. Even after xdg-open mime-tipes setup, the deeplink from MCP tools cause just new Cursor IDE app open, without any mcp instals
Same problem here. Would love to use MCP servers with Cursor on Ubuntu.
