Memories don't work

Describe the Bug

Cursor has stored a memory that commands need to be run in a docker container. It never seems to actually use this memory. I have to remind it every time I start a new session.

Hey, thanks for the report. I hadn’t noticed that. My saved memory always works. Could you let me know which model you’re using and what memory you have saved so I can check this?

Cursor ignores rule files too. I told it to not use a command and every time it tries to run it and I have to reject. The rule file is always attached.

I’m on “auto”, and I’m not sure how to describe the memory other than what I did in the initial report. Here’s a screenshot:
