Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

The release notes button on the “New version available” notification is opening the release notes from VSCode instead of Cursor’s.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Cursor on an old version, wait for the notification that a new version is available and click the release notes button

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
