It looks like this happens specifically with screenshots inside a Project on iOS: the Project saves them in its own storage, and the iOS app currently only knows how to load images from a regular agent’s artifacts. The desktop app reads that storage directly, which is why they show up fine there. I’ve flagged this to the team.
Could you help me confirm the scope?
On iOS, start a regular cloud agent (not inside a Project) on any repo.
Ask it: “Take a screenshot of the app and show it to me.”
Wait for the agent to finish, then open its chat on iOS.
Check whether the screenshot loads or shows “Missing artifact”.
If the regular agent’s screenshot loads, that confirms it’s Project-only. In the meantime, viewing the Project on desktop is the reliable way to see its screenshots.
Hi @Colin , the artifact loads without a problem outside a Project. I also found out that the Project’s artifacts do not also load in a browser on cursor.com
