From what we can see, you had 84 out of 91 requests succeed today (about 92%), so 7 failures in that context look like a transient provider issue, not something systemic. Can you try these quick steps first:
Network Diagnostics: Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics. This will show if it’s failing on a specific endpoint.
Disable HTTP/2: App Settings Ctrl+, > search for HTTP/2 > turn on Disable HTTP/2. This often helps on corporate networks, VPNs, or Zscaler proxies.
If you’re on a VPN or a corporate network, try turning it off and test again.

Is the error happening right now, or was it a one time issue
Are you using a VPN, proxy, or corporate network
If everything works after disabling HTTP/2, it points to a network side issue.
