The dot indicator that shows a file has been modified (manually or by Composer/AI) no longer appears in the file tab.
It works correctly in VS Code 1.99.2, but not in Cursor 0.48.8 (based on VS Code 1.96.2) (Windows)
I’ve disabled all extensions, but the issue still occurs.
