Multiple copies of cursor are opening simultaneously

Multiple copies of cursor are opening simultaneously. it then just freezes and I am unable to use Cursor. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same thing just keeps happening. I am attaching a couple of screen shots.

Does this stop you from using Cursor?

Hey, thanks for the report. This looks like the multi-window bug that was fixed in one of the previous versions.

I need to confirm a couple of things:

  1. What version of Cursor are you on? (Help > About Cursor > Copy)
  2. When does it happen? Does it happen right when you start Cursor, or while you’re using it?
  3. Do you have any extensions installed? Try running this from the terminal: cursor --disable-extensions. Does it still reproduce?

If you’re not on the latest version, I’d recommend updating, since a similar bug was already fixed.
