Multiple teams, same domain, okta issue!

Does Okta integration work well in an environment where multiple teams within the same company, using the same domain, each have their own Business subscription?

For example, in a company like abc.com, using Cursor as follows:

Cursor Team ID Team User
teamA Sales Team [email protected]
teamA Sales Team [email protected]
teamB Dev Team [email protected]
teamB Dev Team [email protected]

In my case, after enabling Okta, new users are not being registered under Cursor teamB. Instead, all users are only being assigned to teamA.

Has anyone faced this issue before?
