Does this stop you from using Cursor

Yes - Cursor is unusable

type in cmd “ping ap2.cursor.sh”

result: always “timeout”

chrome access “https://api2.cursor.sh“ is ok

Hey, it seems there’s a network issue. Are you using a VPN, proxy, or any software that controls your internet connection? Can you switch to another network, like a mobile network if available? Also, ensure your network isn’t blocked by a firewall or antivirus.

Additionally, try adding Google’s DNS to your network settings. Use the address 8.8.8.8. Some users have found this resolves the issue.

without VPN, proxy, after reinstall system, i install the cursor, which is the only one software in my computer; the computer without wireless network card, so can not switch to another network; i also close all firewall and antivirus, and add 8.8.8.8 to my DNS, not work. tip: here is china;

Could you try disabling HTTP2 and try again?

not work

check your computer, if without VC++, install it; it resolve the problem;
