"New Tab" menu option has been removed by mistake

Ctrl-N NO LNOGER works, and the context or mouse option that used to be here has gone

Try to open a new tab with the mouse

Expected Behavior

“New Tab” which used to be on the menu, has gone

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Prior to 2.2.36, Ctrl-N used to reliably open a new chat tab.
Now, it jumps to the editor and opens a new blank file nearly all the time.
