New to cursor - subscribed Pro account. Unable to login / sign in from app

Buttons to login / sign in from app do not function - do nothing.

Some users find the following helps:

I just subscribed to Pro but I’m still on the free plan in the app.

Try logging out and logging back in from the Cursor Settings Popup.

However your situation is different as you seem to not be able to login from the Cursor app in the first place.

As a last resort, you could try re-installing Cursor as this has cleared up some users’ issues previously.

Obviously this last option is not ideal, but just sharing what I have seen work for other users previously.
