Unable to sign in

I have a pro subscription but am am unable to sign in to cursor. I am on a Apple M1 Max running Sonoma 14.5. Here is what I have tried:

  • logout of cursor and sign back in (this is where it started)
  • launch sign in from cursor tab and Cursor settings > General > Account
  • uninstall and reinstall cursor
  • restart computer, reinstall cursor
  • launch sign in with these browsers
    • Arc
    • chrome
    • firefox
    • safari

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have tried using a completely different computer and still can’t login, believe there is something broken with my account. What should I do with the remaining year of my pro subscription if I can’t use it?

Have also emailed hi@cursor.com a couple times and heard nothing back. This is a rough way to treat your paying customers. It’s ok, I’m getting vscode working with Cody/supermaven/claude-dev but really liked this product while I could access it.

same here… constant crashes and Composer not working 10-20% of the time…

Just chiming in to say that I am experiencing the same behavior.
Sign in functionality is broken, and getting connection failed in the IDE.

应该是登录界面浏览器的问题,我是设置了edge为默认浏览器,可能因为我本来对edge的设置所以一直没办法跳转到登录页面,后来换了chorm为默认浏览器就可以打开登录窗口了,搞了一下午终于解决了MD

Hey, do you mean that the app itself will not sign in?

If so, I’d recommend trying a couple other browsers, by setting them as your default and attempting to log in using those.
