Since the announcement of Cursor 2.3 on December 22nd, I haven’t received an automatic update to the latest version. I checked for updates but Cursor said no update is available for now. Currently, my Cursor remains at 2.2.44. I saw a lot of users have upgraded to 2.3. Is anything wrong with my setup?

Cursor rolls out updates in stages, it usually takes up to a few days at most.
Try turning on Early Access: Cursor Settings > Beta
