No Response In Chat

Previously, when using Cursor, I received a message saying there are too many free trials on the same device, and when submitting a question in the chat window, there was no response. After subscribing to the pro version, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I also tried reinstalling and logging in again, but it still doesn’t work. Every time I submit a question and press the Enter key, the text disappears, but there is no response. What should I do?
