Notepad UX Improvements

Hello! I love the notepad feature, but as of right now it is missing several nice UX bites from the main VSCode editor. Namely the following:

  • I can’t expand or collapse any headings, or large chunks of code
  • The sticky editor scroll feature does not work with notepads
