Payment Made, but Account Not Upgraded – Need Assistance

Hello Cursor Team and Community,

I recently made a payment of $20 using a card ending in 04*8204 to upgrade my account. However, my account has not been upgraded yet, and I haven’t received any confirmation regarding the transaction.

I would really appreciate it if someone from the support team could check this for me. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? If so, how long did it take to resolve?
