Since the last 5 updates or so, performance has dropped significantly. There are continuous crashes and cursor restarts, as if the memory is filling up. This needs to be checked because working with the cursor is becoming impossible

Hey, this might be related to one of the extensions. Open Process Explorer to try and find the problematic extension. Also, to rule out an issue with extensions, try starting in safe mode using this command in your terminal: cursor --disable-extensions.
