I wrote two emails to the address indicated in the privacy policy but have not heard back for a month. How do we get a DPA and SCC for our organisation? Who answers question regarding privacy?

This doesn’t quite help, as i’ve already read the privacy policy. Unfortunately, especially in healthcare related industries, we need an additional step due to the sensitive nature of our work. We are just looking for a way to use this software and be compliant with HIPPA.
We can vouch for OpenAI, to a degree, but Cursor, unfortunately, is a third-party in between OpenAI and our data.
