Pro Subscription not applying – Apple Pay

I’ve paid for a Pro subscription on my account via Apple Pay, but “Settings” still prompts me to “Upgrade to Pro”. I ended up having to pay for another subscription via another payment method, but I’ve been trying to reach out to for assistance on this with no reply for the past month or so. Please let me know what I can do about this – would love to get the failed subscription refunded!

Just looked on our side, I refunded the past 2 months on your subscription on this account.

Regarding your original subscription, I’m not able to find anything on our side. Do you have any other emails that the first subscription could be under?
