Have you tried this simple troubleshooting step?
I just subscribed to Pro but I’m still on the free plan in the app.
Try logging out and logging back in from the Cursor Settings Popup.
Settings
You can open Cursor specific settings pane by clicking on the gear button top-right, by pressing
Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + J
, or withCtrl/⌘ + Shift + P
and typingCursor Settings
.
Ensure you are using the same account you signed up to Pro with.
