Cursor tab not working after purchase pro

After trial, Cursor Tab disabled. So I pay for a pro account, but Cursor Tab completion still not working. I’ve try to disable and enable Cursor Tab in setting. Can somebody help? Thanks…

In Cursor Settings on the General tab, next to Account, does it say Pro?

I am wondering if you are signed in with the same account that you purchased the Pro subscription with?

And perhaps if it would help if you signed out, restarted and signed in, within Cursor?

Any errors visible via:

Cursor > Help > Toggle Developer Tools
(and then click on the Console tab)

I have the same problem. Payed and nothing is working. Like I did not purchase anything!
I logged out, logged in => nothing.

Reinstalled even Cursor (also deleted .cursor and Cursor data in my profile folder).
It is refusing me to use PRO!

i’ve done the payment of ultra plan and it’s been more than 13 hours, in billing it shows payment is done, but in dashboard, it still shows free plan,

and my whole day is wasted, no one resolved the issue on email as well,
