Problem: "You are not signed into any accounts"

Hello, I subscribed to the Cursor application as a pro for a year. My account information was there before. I downloaded the new version today. I could not see my account information again. I completely removed it from my computer. I
deleted all the folders. I reinstalled it and logged in again. I still could not fix it.

As seen in the picture, it says “You are not signed into any accounts”.

What can I do?

To open your account, use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + J or Cmd + Shift + J. This will open Cursor settings where your account will be visible.
