Project Rules settings are lost.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a rule file (*.mdc) and configure settings.
  2. Close Cursor.
  3. Launch Cursor from the workspace file (or right-click on the workspace folder).
  4. Check Cursor Settings and you will see that the rules you configured in step 1 have been lost.

Windows 10/11
