Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

I’ve been using Cursor with openrouter.ia quite a bit, but the error below has started appearing. I have credit on openrouter.ia. I use https://openrouter.ai/api/v1/cursor as the base URL and the deepseek/deepseek-v4-pro model.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Yes - Cursor is unusable

Hi,

Thanks for posting on the Cursor forum!

To help ensure most of our users can participate in discussions, this forum is currently English only.

If you’d like, you can edit your post to translate it into English. Once it meets our guidelines, it will be automatically relisted.

Thanks for understanding!

Note: This is an automated detection system and sometimes makes mistakes. If your post is already in English, feel free to ignore this message, or just make a small edit and it will be reviewed again.

Hey @Geter_Sousa, thanks for the report and the Request ID!

The request did reach OpenRouter with your key. The problem is the screenshot attached to your message: DeepSeek V4 Pro on OpenRouter only accepts text, so OpenRouter answers that it has no endpoint that supports image input, and Cursor shows that as “trouble finding the resource”. Your credits and base URL are fine, and messages without an image work normally on the same setup.

Let me know if it still fails on a new chat with no image attached, and share the new Request ID if so.
