Thanks for reporting, Eugen. This is tracked as part of the same class of issue from your earlier thread, and your report today about ENTER in the search interface is related as well. Our team is aware and these are being tracked together.
In the meantime, the workaround remains the same: resolve any pending approval dialogs before sending a new message, or use the Send button instead of CMD+ENTER when an approval is pending.
Could you also check this setting once and see if it’s enabled/disabled –
