Rate limit after 5 requests within 1 hour

Describe the Bug

after 5 requests within 1 hour, it reached the rate limit, it makes impossible to work, I’d like to back to old plan with 500 requests then.

“unlimited plan” basically has more limitation than “limited plan” that’s crazy!

increase rate limit OR give-us option to choose the plan, currently I can’t wok with that rate limit

Steps to Reproduce

make at least 5 request within 1 hour

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

The content of the error message suggests that there is also another, global rate limit for the whole userbase, and we can be rate limited based on other users’ usage.

If it’s not true, I’d consider rephrasing that error message.

Hi @rodrigorodrigues this should not be your rate limit but Cursors limit with the AI provider.

Which model do you use?

I provied the log usages, 4 gemini2.5 and 1 sonnet 4 thinking

A programmer is definitely over the speed limit. There must be something wrong with this speed limit
