Hello, I have clicked the “request a refund“ button, and I have received an email saying that it has refunded to my account. However, I double check my account, and the refund have not received. Is there a timeline for the refund to arrive? Or is there anything I should do after receiving the email?

where is the “Refund” button, I don’t feel like paying you for the second month that would be rewarding trash behavior; the first month Cursor v0.49~v1.0 was excellent though

I am also having an issue with getting any response from Cursor, I emailed their [email protected] over 72 hours ago and have not had any response yet. I signed up to their Ultra plan due to GPT-5 and was disappointed with the results so I cancelled my subscription within 17 hours after signing up to the Ultra plan, and sent an email at the same time for logging purposes and I’ve not heard anything back. All i get is: “I can see you have another open conversation about this refund request. A teammate will get back to you soon in your original ticket. Opening new tickets won’t speed up the process, so please continue the conversation there” Cursor is extremely slow and just ignoring me at this stage, I will be requesting a charge back via my bank as If I sufficient evidence of being within the terms and conditions of the refund time-frame. Just extremely annoying I have to fight for this.
