Refund not received

Hello, I have clicked the “request a refund“ button, and I have received an email saying that the money have refunded to my account. However, I double check my account, and the refund is not received. Is there a timeline for the refund to arrive? Or should I do anything after receiving the email?

They told me that there are no refunds! Said we had a trial to decide - problem is they BROKE Cursor after my trial many months ago!
