Request blocked when chatting

When I try to use Cursor chat I am getting this; message Unauthorized request
Your request has been blocked as our system has detected suspicious activity from your account/ip address. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us at [email protected] can sign in with google, github or oauth to avoid the suspicious activity checks.

I am not using VPN and haven¨t done anything suspicious. Contacted support, but they said they have long query time so decided to ask here. I have logged in with github. I also installed yesterday MCP agent, so wondering if it could cause this.

I am using Windows 11
Cursor version 0.46.11

I just installed Cursor and I added my google account. I’m getting this error:
“Your request has been blocked as our system has detected suspicious activity from your account/ip address. No vpn.

I hope it’s a 0.47 update error in the works to be fixed! Because most posts regarding this seems to be in March 2025, possibly connected to 0.47

I’ve just installed cursor on windows 11, and I’m getting same issue. Cursor version: 0.48.7

Same issue here, I just left my cursor running on my machine and when I back I got this same message
