🚫 Cursor unusable - Your request has been blocked due to suspicious network activity - False Alarm

I was using cursor and starting to like it alot until I start getting this message every time I chat with the agent:

Your request has been blocked due to suspicious network activity associated with your IP address, likely related to a VPN or proxy service. Please try to disable these services and try again If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us at [email protected].

I am using Mac OS 15.3.1 (24D70) on M2 and I am not using any VPN.

I use either my home wifi or make a hotspot from my iphone.

My cursor is Version: 0.48.9 (Universal)

I sent an email to hi@cursor and got automated reply to check with creating a new account via gmail/github which I did and got the same error.

:prohibited: I can not use Cursor and I so want to use it right now as I am in the middle of a project.

@danperks can you please help getting this issue resolved?

Right now I solved this by purchasing the PRO version. I hope the issue does not reappear as I can not change my IP :stuck_out_tongue:
