Request to add 'collapsible AI responses' or a 'user prompt index' in the Chat window to allow users to quickly navigate and locate past questions within long conversations

Describe the request

I would like to suggest two possible UI improvements to help with navigation:

Collapsible AI Responses: Add a small “Collapse/Expand” button next to the AI’s response header. Ideally, add a global setting to “Auto-collapse AI responses,” showing only user prompts by default to make the chat look like a directory.

Table of Contents (TOC) for Prompts: Add a sidebar or a floating menu that lists only the “User Questions/Prompts.” Clicking on a question should scroll the view to that specific interaction.

Additional context This feature would significantly improve the UX for long debugging sessions or complex feature implementations where context retrieval is key.
