Select a Branch in Cursor Automation Fails to Load

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

Our repository has nearly 500 branches and when I click Automations and then the repository, then “Select a branch”, the UI gets stuck on “Loading branches”. When I try to search for “main”, it claims no such branch exists.

Steps to Reproduce

Click Automation, Click repository, Find “select a branch” (repository has 500 branches)

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hi @Albert_Tung Thanks for reporting!
I have a couple suggestions that might be able to help unblock you while we work on this bug. Can you try from https://cursor.com/automations instead?

Additionally if you search for “mai” instead of “main” does the branch appear?

One more thing, can you please update your Cursor app as well?

Will keep you updated on the bug status
