Add an explicit dashboard setting to prevent an agent from renaming chat (from using the rename_chat tool). Right now, an agent can and will rename your chat, even after creating a rule against doing so. Having an agent change the chat name willy-nilly is generally very confusing, and has never ever been helpful for me. And with many chats running (many pinned), the chat title is what I look to for identifying the correct chat. It’s been multiple times now where it looks like my chat has disappeared or been archived, and I actually have to text search to find it.

Hey there! There’s no setting today to block the agent from renaming chats, and rules alone won’t reliably stop it. We’ve let the team know this would help, especially when you’re juggling a lot of pinned chats. I’ll post here if there’s an update.
