Should I be using Composer or Chat now - wanting to replace /edit workflow that seems to have gone away

Hey team, big fan of cursor but struggling a little with intended usage of the latest update. My normal workflow has become using chat to get 4o/sonnet to understand what I want to do then using /edit to make changes.

Seems like /edit is replaced by Composer now but unsure why it’s separate to cmd+L chat? I normally follow the changelogs whenever updating so it’d generally be super helpful to have more guidance in there about ‘intended usage’

I’m also wondering what is the alternative to /edit now. I’ve used it occasionally when Chat failed to applied changes, or when I needed to apply some changes out of context (like from an external source). What would be the steps now without /edit?
